Indigo Heights Hotel & Suites - Lahore

I had an amazing stay! The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, plus the location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to help, making my experience enjoyable.

Morning meal could use more variety in the options offered.

The room was spacious and perfect with nice bathroom and a safe box, TV set and a refrigerator. The view over swimming pool was fascinating! The people were courteous, will exceed the expectations. The free parking was on-site, helpful service.

The location for Lahore was good and marvellous, just next door to primary eating and shopping spots, and Malls, restaurants.

What a charming spot for a romantic escape! The staff were super accommodating and made us feel right at home. The location is a real gem - close to MM Alam Road, bursting with great restaurants, and just a stroll away from Dupatta Galli for some good shopping! We really enjoyed the local food options for breakfast; they hit the spot every morning.

Now, it wasn’t all sunshine and roses. We faced some hiccups with room service and had to deal with a bit of a wait during check-in, which put a damper on our excitement. Plus, the hotel could use a refresh – some amenities felt a bit dated. it was a mixed bag but we made great memories!

Stayed here for 6 days, liked the hotel, it was fairly clean with best possible and exceptionally nice location directly in the gallery.

The place was clean with a nice design and polite and courteous staff. The location was marvellous - in the heart of Lahore. I was there for 1 night and ate at rooftop restaurant at the ground floor. The food was decent - lots of options😃

The hotel was impeccably clean and hygienic, creating a comfortable environment. The friendly staff, especially Junaid, went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. The service was quick, the views were stunning, and I appreciated the spacious rooms, as well as the welcoming lobby.

The breakfast had a nice variety, and the room ambiance was pleasant. The housekeeping could use a bit more attention. I had some issues with the buffet pricing and dining service, but the food quality was definitely decent.

My recent stay at Indigo Heights Hotel & Suites in Lahore was disappointing, particularly with rude staff and poor management. The washroom was cramped, impacting our comfort during our stay. Mr Nehaal stood out with his excellent customer service. Despite the challenges with check-in, the spacious room and enjoyable breakfast buffet offered some redeeming qualities. Nearby attractions like Jam-e-Shirin Park and Model Town Park provided great family bonding opportunities. While I appreciated the relaxation facilities, improvements in professional staff training are urgently needed.

I was shocked when a staff member barged into my room without a knock-no lock on the door! It felt so unsafe. Plus, the walls were crumbling, and the shower leaked everywhere. Complete disaster of a stay!

Good location, spacious room size, helpful maintenance staff

Room service response lacking!!! Heating system and TV issues unexplored!!! Plan on frequent complaints to enjoy anything!!! They really need to step up their maintenance game!!!

ideal base for city explorations with great nearby parks

my stay was wonderful, as the hotel is conveniently close to beautiful parks like model town park, and it only took me 10 minutes to walk to the lively gulberg galleria for some shopping and dining options , made my city strolls so enjoyable.

Location and facilities were nice , with helpful staff. The housekeeper was consistent and always cheerful.

Mr. Nehal was a total chommie. The brekkie was on point, tons of variety to choose from! Room was comfy and clean, really felt at home, ja!

Check-in took a bit longer than I'd hoped, but nothing too serious, just a small hiccup.
